Harmoni Suites Hotel - Nagoya

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel near Nagoya Hill Shopping Centre. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the mall, making it extremely convenient for shopping and dining. The staff here were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The service was top-notch, with prompt room service, car hire, and laundry facilities available. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a sitting area. The hotel also had a range of leisure facilities, such as an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and spa centre, where we could relax and unwind after a day of exploring.

We highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends. The location near Nagoya Hill Shopping Centre makes it an ideal choice for those looking to have a convenient and luxurious stay.

The staffs are friendly and location is very convenient. The security is very good so i feel safe staying at harmoni suites.

The wireless is very slow and sometimes unable to connect. I visit Batam mainly for business and will need to access internet very often. However, the wireless is bad and unable to connect. I hope this can be improved quickly in the near future.

The staff here was super nice, so that's why we would totally recommend this place. the mini-kitchen was handy for us 🍳. Plus, it's close to Nagoya Hill and other cool stuff to check out.

I love the kitchen which provided by the harmoni ...the excellent wifi connection in the room was good !

The breakfast still have room to improve .. Not much choices ..more towards Indonesian cuisine ..should add more American style breakfast

Staffs were great! They are always smiling, and speak good English. Location of hotel is also a plus point- about 5-7mins walk to Nagoya Hill. Room, although slightly dated, is also large enough for us.

1. Would appreciate more suitable variety for breakfast; sorry, i can't imagine having spaghetti or bubur hitam for breakfast:(

We had a great weekend at this hotel. the complimentary breakfast and room service were delicious and convenient. the location was perfect, just a short walk to a popular shopping center. Another advantage was having a little kitchenette in our room, which made dinner simple and hassle-free.

This hotel near from nagoya hill mall, walking distance 10-15 mins. If you want, you can cook inside, the kitchen sets is complete.

Poor service especially during breakfast time. This is the 1st time stay at hotel i heard the staff replied me they running out of tea, forks and spoons, and food finish never top up. Really no up to hotel standard yet. Not worth as the prices i paid. Really need to improve more especially for restaurant staffs, really bad services. Counter staff no issues.

Mikes Bar was a good spot for a drink, and the bar staff were fantastic and friendly but When will hotels in Indonesia realize that non smoking inside is the preferred these days?

The room advertised was not the room I got and reception staff was very difficult to deal with in most situations.

Located close to a bustling street with a variety of food options and convenience stores within walking distance. The gym was well-equipped, and the indoor pool had a nice view. Enjoyed the cool afternoon drinks in the lobby.

The room definitely needs a renovation - old furniture, dim lighting, and a musty smell. Crossing the busy roads to get to the nearby mall was a bit of a challenge.

The service of the staff was good. Other than that the hotel is crappy.

I was travelling with my sister's family on this trip and had specifically requested for side by side rooms. However, we were given rooms on different floors and the manager kept repeating the same reasoning when asked what can be done to compensate us. It was really frustrating. We had booked 2 deluxe studio rooms thinking that it will be bigger than a regular room. But the rooms are terribly small. There's no children's pool in the hotel. My son was very disappointed. Overall, it is not a hotel that I would recommend for families with children..

Location wise it was good as it was a 5mins walk to the biggest shopping mall in Batam Nagoya Hills shopping mall.

Smell of smoking some how sips thru from another room to our room thru the ventilation system.
